How Dzhero collects, uses, stores, and protects user and business data.

Who we are

Dzhero is a web-based AI workspace that helps marketers, creators, and small businesses analyze short-form content signals and prepare original content plans.

Data we collect

Dzhero may collect account information such as name, email address, connected social account identifiers, profile information, profile links, avatar images, and account statistics when a user authorizes a supported platform such as TikTok, Google, Meta, Instagram, or YouTube. Users may also provide business briefs, source links, notes, content ideas, drafts, and workspace settings.

DZHERO CRM telemetry / Телеметрія CRM DZHERO

EN: DZHERO uses a separate DZHERO CRM service for product analytics: page views without query parameters, allowlisted CTA identifiers, an anonymous visitor ID, UTM attribution, Google lead fields after successful sign-in, and successful-generation identifiers. Telemetry does not collect prompts, generated or source content, passwords, OAuth tokens, or session cookies. Analytics failure does not restrict product access. Data deletion requests can be sent through the contact listed in this policy.

TikTok data

When a user connects TikTok through Login Kit, Dzhero uses the approved permissions to identify the connected account, show profile context, and display profile statistics such as follower count, following count, likes count, and video count inside the user workspace. Dzhero does not sell TikTok data and does not post to TikTok or modify a TikTok account unless a user explicitly authorizes a future product feature for that purpose.

How we use data

Dzhero uses data to provide the service, authenticate users, connect user-owned sources, analyze public and authorized content signals, generate content ideas, prepare scripts, build content plans, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and improve product reliability.

AI processing

Dzhero may send user-provided briefs, source metadata, notes, and selected content context to AI service providers to generate drafts and recommendations. Users are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or using it externally.

Sharing and service providers

Dzhero shares data only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers. Dzhero does not sell personal data.

Security

Dzhero uses server-side storage for service credentials and access tokens, limits access to production secrets, and applies authentication and workspace access checks to protect user data.

Retention and deletion

Dzhero keeps account, workspace, connected source, generated draft, and usage data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Users may request deletion of their account, connected account data, AI memory, and generated drafts through the data deletion page or support contact.

Contact

For privacy, data access, or deletion requests, contact Dzhero support through the support channel provided in the app or submit a request at /data-deletion.
