Terms of Service

Rules for using Dzhero.

Use of service

Dzhero helps marketers, creators, businesses, and SMM teams analyze short-form content signals, prepare drafts, and organize content plans. Users remain responsible for the content they publish and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

Account and access

Users must provide accurate account information and keep access to their account secure. Users may connect only accounts, websites, and sources they own or are authorized to use.

Connected platforms

Some features use platform integrations such as TikTok Login Kit, Google, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube. Access to these integrations depends on the permissions granted by the user and by the platform. Dzhero uses connected platform data only to provide the requested workspace features.

AI output

AI drafts are suggestions, not final legal, financial or professional advice. Human review is required before publishing or messaging customers.

Content ownership

Users keep ownership of the business information, notes, briefs, and drafts they create in Dzhero. Users must not use Dzhero to copy third-party videos, audio, branding, private data, or protected creative assets without permission.

Acceptable use

Users must not use Dzhero to break platform rules, scrape private data, impersonate others, distribute harmful content, or attempt to access accounts, workspaces, or systems without permission.

Service availability

Dzhero may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves or as third-party platform requirements change. Dzhero is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Dzhero may limit or terminate access if a user violates these terms, misuses integrations, creates security risk, or uses the service in a way that may harm other users, Dzhero, or connected platforms.
